GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AMIDST COVID-19. The Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) implements the Assistance in Loan Access for Livelihood and Agriculture Industries (ALALAI) Program.

It is an initiative that aims to assist individuals, cooperatives, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially farmers, fisherfolks, and women, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in accessing financial grants or loan assistance from government banking and other funding institutions. This also includes government assistance for technical and vocational (TechVoc), higher education, and public health sectors.

Interested parties will be provided with technical assistance in preparing the requirements (feasibility studies, financial or loan documents) needed for assistance programs and grants.

ALALAI also serves as a support initiative for Balik Probinsiya, Bagong Pag-asa Program (BPBPP).
